Double room in East Acton from Sep 20th :)

Hello! We are looking for someone to take over a double room in East Acton. You will be living with three girls, 22-26 yrs old

Rent: £622 excl. bills (rent + bills is always around £750 per month depending on season) + deposit and change of name admin fees.

Available from 20th September (onwards) - contract until September 2025 (but can be extended again!) - Professionals only

We're 5-10 mins away from central line, 15 mins away from Elizabeth line, plenty of buses and a Lidl just over the road

The room: a good sized furnished double room. Comes with bed, mattress, drawers and wardrobe. Potential to buy some furniture as well. Bright and spacious and plenty of space for a desk.

The flat: comprised of four double bedrooms, a toilet and separate bath/shower room, kitchen, and sizeable living room.
We’re all very chill, tidy and easy going, like hanging with friends and doing arty things! We're often pretty busy and in and out with our different jobs/social events, so good if you like to hang out but also like your own space/time too. We'd love someone who is easy to get on with and friendly - We have all become good friends living together though, and we love watching tv/films, drinks at the pub and flat crafts evenings!
