We have a cozy three-bedroom apartment with one room available, and we’re excited to welcome a new roommate! Currently, there are two RCA students living here—one male in the master bedroom and one female in a second bedroom. The available room is the other second bedroom, sharing a bathroom with the female roommate. All of us are respectful, have clear boundaries, and live a calm lifestyle with no smoking or drinking. We’re a friendly and supportive bunch and would love to find someone with a similar vibe!

The room is furnished with a wardrobe and a comfy bed, and the apartment is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The location is very convenient: a 20-minute walk or 6-minute bike ride to RCA, and a 30-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride to IC. There’s a bus stop just outside, and it’s a 7-minute walk to East Acton tube station. Right downstairs, you’ll find a Lidl supermarket and a café, and it’s only a short bus ride to Westfield shopping center, making this a very safe and convenient place to live.

The apartment is also very secure, with multiple access points and a modern, well-kept environment. There’s a small garden on the second floor, perfect for walks or a pet.

Rent is £242.5 per week, with the lease running until September 7th next year, payable in full upfront, excluding bills.
