Hi guys. My friend and I are looking for a third flatmate in The Approach, W3 7PA, zone 2 area.
What will you be close to?
- 4 tube stations serving Elizabeth Line, Overground, and Central line <15 min walk (North Acton, East Acton, Acton Main Line and Acton Central stations)
- 10-20 min bus to Westfield and ASDA 24/7
Superstore
- 10 min walk to Lidl and various convenience stores and small supermarkets (Butcher, Fish shop etc)
- 10 minute walk to Acton park
How much will you be paying?
- deposit is 961 pounds
- 952.6 pounds per month including utility bills (electricity, water, internet).
Breakdown -
* based rent: 866 pounds
* Electricity bill: 48 pounds
* Water: 20.67 pounds
* Internet: 17.3 pounds
Your room will also be inclusive of:
* A bed
* Two closets
* Small bedside table, small table and a chair
We also have a full equipped kitchen, all shared amenities (ie plates and cooking equipment), except food
Who will you be living with?
- The other tenants you will share the flat with is one LSE student(Sofea) and one Imperial student(Yaya). Both female students
When can you move in?
- The unit will be available from 1st of August 2025
- My flatmate and I are graduating and moving out in June 2026
We prefer full time students! But if you’re a professional you must be okay with paying full council tax on our place, or at least a larger proportion compared to us.
Our Council Tax Band is: Band D (around 162 pounds per month) but you can apply for a single person discount
We can also do a virtual viewing if you want! We’re scheduling visits for 6th of May onwards.
