Hello! We're looking to move into this gorgeous 4 bed property at the end of January (ideally weekend of the 25th January) and we're looking for a fourth member to join us.

We're looking for someone who is friendly and clean, and who is comfortable living with three females and two cats. The cats are incredibly well behaved and clean - as are the housemates! We're all actors so are very creative, but we're not the partying every weekend types, so we're looking for someone who matches our vibe.

The room is up for £790 a month and can be part-furnished or unfurnished (landlord is flexible).

The property has a living room and a separate kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, bathroom with wall mounted power shower, separate WC and a substantial rear garden.
