Hello everyone,

I have one good size double bed en-suite room available near East Acton Station.

House is close to John Perryn Primary school. Hammersmith hospital is at around 20 mins walking distance.

Lidl and Iceland 5-10 mins walking distance away.

House is huge and it comes with double cooking and cleaning facility, also 2 x fridge freezer and washing machine.

We are looking for single occupancy only.

All bills inclusive except for the winter months of November - February when due to high usage and bill spikes there is additional £35 charge per room per month. The rest of the year all bills are included.

Room is vacant so will prefer someone who can move in asap.

WiFi included.
