Double Room with Ensuite, East Acton, West London

Hey guys! We are really sad to be leaving this house in East Acton, and are looking for an awesome human to take our place!

The current flatmates are a really nice bunch made up of kiwis and Brit’s. We all like to spend time together, but also appreciate each others space and privacy.

Looking for someone easy going, clean that doesn’t mind a beer on the weekend.

- 10 mins walk from the central line
- 20 mins walk from the Lizzie line
- 10 mins walk into East Acton - Lidl, Iceland, liquor store, kebab shop etc

The room itself is a great size! It comes with a double bed, desk, huge built in cabinets & its own bathroom & shower.

The house has a large communal lounge, kitchen and has 3 additional bathrooms meaning there’s never a wait or issue.

We have a patio area and shed out the back with a darts board and table tennis table.

Move in date would be from the 26th of April. You can move in whenever works best for you from this date but please note you will be charged from this date.

Deposit amount tbc, will confirm asap, but is around £1100. The bills are around £125 per month.

We are a married couple who are moving out of London and finally getting our own space but we have been here for over 5 years and have made a lot of amazing memories in this flat!

We have another room coming up in the same house around May/June should you have any friends also looking to move. This room is coming up as he is heading back to New Zealand.
