Located just a short walk from shops, cafes, and excellent transport links, making it easy to get around the city. We’re a friendly, respectful household looking for someone tidy and considerate.

Housemates are Elizabeth (England), Juri (Japan) and Chloe (South Korea). All are in their mid twenties.

A girl is preferred but will consider guys too.

Central, Hammersmith and City, District and Piccadilly lines all within 20 mins walk.

Rent: £891 pm/£205 pw (all bills included)

Deposit: £891 (in a protection scheme)

Available from: Early September, there is some flexibility around this

Tenancy: 12-13 months depending on move in date. (There is a break clause providing you find the replacement)

Landlord is very responsive, but not invasive and fixes any issues promptly.

Documents required:
- employer reference (incl salary and length of contract)
- previous landlord reference
- copy of passport

IF CHECKS ARE SUCCESSFUL

A holding fee of £205 will be required, this is non-refundable if the tenant changes their mind. You will also have to meet the landlord before moving in.
