4th female housemate wanted in East Acton :)

Hi, we're looking for a female professional (preferably in her mid to late twenties and from Southeast Asia) to take over a double bedroom in our all-women, Malaysian household :)

Room information:
- Double bedroom located on the 1st floor
- Furnished with a built-in wardrobe
- Shares a bathroom with two other women
- Rent is £770 per month, excluding bills
- Bills are approximately £140 a month (water, gas, electricity, WiFi, council tax)
- Move in date range is between 7th September 2025 and mid-October 2025 (open to discussion with our current housemate who is leaving)
- Move out date is 7th March 2025 (so the total tenancy would be 6 months maximum)

House information:
- Two storeys with a large kitchen, living room, dining room, front and back lawn with a patio
- 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs + 1 ensuite bedroom downstairs
- 7-minute walking distance to East Acton station
- Lidl, Iceland, halal butchers, fast food restaurants all within 7 minutes of walking distance
- If you're willing to travel further, Park Royal, Westfield White City, Shepherd's Bush Market & Morrisons Acton are all between 30-40 minutes' walking distance

So if you have opinions about anything, I’m all ears because I’m also an artist(!) who is always taking inspiration from reality. During the day, I work as a barista and film self-tapes at night. If you don’t see me writing in the kitchen, I’ll most likely be wandering about the shelves of a bookstore or window shopping in Chinatown.

FUN FACT: The three of us are early birds (so the house gets very busy, very early) and we cook more than we eat out. Occasionally, we'd go to the local Odeon and watch a film using Iman's Voxi discount 😋
