*Room available in a 3 bed flat in East Acton!*

We are two girls aged 25, looking for someone to take over our housemate’s tenancy as sadly she is moving out in 3 weeks time! This will be for 3 months until the end of our contract; there may be potential to extend for the year after.

🚉 We are a 10-15 minute walk from both Acton Central and East Acton station so on the central line and the Mildmay overground line.

🛒 Lidl and Tesco are both a 5 min walk away, and we are located right in front of a park!! The flat also has access to a communal garden, shared with the block.

💰The rent is £745, and the room comes with bed, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers & a side table. Bills come to around £150 per month.
The room is not big but it’s cozy and cute!

Liddy and I are pals who love hanging out, we love both chill TV nights and also drinks/ a boogie! We’re looking for someone of a similar age who’s keen to be pals too.
We’re really friendly and welcoming people and are open to absolutely anybody.
We’re also tidy people and like to keep our space looking nice too, again hoping for someone on the same wavelength! (You won’t be living under a regime though we are chill!!)

We both work mixture of in office and from home, but the flat is generally quiet during the day if you also work from home. We also have a dining room table which can be used as a desk!
