Looking for a female to join our friendlyhousehold

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home in East Acton. The room is £650 per month with all bills included, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and available from early October.

The house has a terrace, a kitchen, a small living room and one shared bathroom. We don’t have a cleaner, but we take turns with the cleaning and take it seriously and everyone does their bit to keep things tidy. We’re on the main road so there is some car noise, so the new housemate would need to be okay with that.

We’re one girl and two guys, social and easy-going, and we’d love someone who wants to be part of the household rather than just renting a room. We like to cook together now and then (we love trying new food!), we also have movie nights or go out for the occasional dinner or drink. We enjoy a quiet but friendly environment and are definitely past the party stage.

East Acton station (Central Line) is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of buses with quick links to Hammersmith, Chiswick and Central London.
