It’s about an 11 minute walk from Acton Central station, 25 minute walk or quick bus ride to Stamford green and Shepherds Bush station!
The shared spaces include the kitchen and two bathrooms spaces. Flatmates are polite and friendly. They vary age and profession wise, but they’re all respectful and clean.
Council tax, water and fast electricity are included in the rent. The flat is professionally cleaned once a month as well!
The rent is £823. The deposit is £950 and the bills are about £23!
Anyone who is interested should know they would be replacing my tenancy contract with City Rooms which extends all the way to September 19th, 2026. City Rooms have been a great letting agency. They’re quick to reply and handle any issues or questions that come up.
