Hi! We’re Michelle and Marika, and we’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our home in West London from the 23rd of November. It’s a short-term stay to start, but if we all get along, it can absolutely become long-term.

Rent: £750

Bills: around £100-£110

Deposit: none (you’ll be added as a permitted occupier)

A bit about the flat:

The flat is new and in very good condition - bright, clean, and genuinely a nice place to live. The room comes fully furnished, so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything big with you.

A bit about us:

We both work in fashion. I (Michelle) work from home, and Marika works from the office, so we’d prefer someone who also works from the office but we are flexible.

We’re very very clean and tidy and would love someone who’s the same!

We have a tiny sausage dog called Slinky who lives with us, so you’ll need to be dog-friendly (scroll for a pic🥹).

Lifestyle-wise, we love a mix of doing things together — dinners, markets, vintage shopping but also really value alone time and respecting each other’s space. We’d ideally love someone who feels similar.
