Council Tax (Band E) is included in the rent (just your share of it).
Other bills expected cost is around £40 (water, gas, electricity and broadband). Strong and reliable internet available.

The house features generous shared spaces: a large living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an island (dishwasher, oven, grill, air fryer, extractor fan, large fridge). There is also a garden and a terrace.
An additional guest room with a single bed is available for use by the housemates.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the nearest tube station (about 20 minutes by tube to Central London), 25 minutes from the Overground and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Current flatmates are students and young professionals in their late twenties. The atmosphere is friendly and social, while also respectful and considerate of each other's space and schedules. We are looking for someone who appreciates a similar balance.

There is one more small room for an extra 200 pound, so for two people it'll be 1,200 pound. This single-bed room is located on the same private floor.

Available from 1 January for a period of 4 to 6 months.

To secure the room, a one-week holding deposit is required and will be deducted from the first month’s rent. Full first month’s rent and the security deposit are payable before move-in.
