The house features generous shared spaces: a large living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an island (dishwasher, oven, grill, air fryer, extractor fan, large fridge). There is also a garden and a terrace.
An additional guest room with a single bed is available for use by the housemates.

Bills are not included and are split equally among all housemates (water, gas, electricity and broadband). The expected cost is around £50 per month per person depending on usage. Strong and reliable internet available.
Council Tax Band E is included in the rent.

The property is a 10-minute walk from the nearest tube station (about 20 minutes by tube to Central London), 25 minutes from the Overground and 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Current flatmates are students and young professionals in their late twenties. The atmosphere is friendly and social, while also respectful and considerate of each other's space and schedules. We are looking for someone who appreciates a similar balance.

Available from 1 January for a period of 4 to 6 months.
