Iam a current flatmate and I will be moving out in February end. I need someone to takeover my current contract which is till September 2026 after which it can be renewed depending on other roommates preferences.
It's a good sized Double bedroom with a study table, a wardrobe a drawer unit, chair and some loose furniture. The flat has a balcony and a shared living room. The locality is really nice and peaceful, there's a big park just opposite the house. If you prefer a quiet peaceful location you'll like this. The nearest station is East Acton with Central Line at 10 mins walk and Shepherds bush station at a 15 min bus Ride. There's a Tesco Superstore as well as Lidl at 10 mins walk. Rent is 650 for my Room with bills coming around 100 each. All roommates are Indians and are working professionals mostly graduated from UCL and are easy to go along with.
