Double room for rent in a shared house 🎉

From the 6th January, our double room facing Bromyard Avenue will be available. The room is partly furnished with drawers. You have a few options for the rest: you can purchase the bed and furniture from the outgoing housemate, or if you prefer, we have a king-size bed, wardrobe and a desk in storage that you are welcome to use!

The room is on the first floor, along with 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath and shower) and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room and a large kitchen/dining area which leads out into the luscious garden. There is also a large garage that can be used for storage as well as an off street parking space!

It is situated on Bromyard Avenue, Acton, just a 15 minute walk to East Acton for the Central Line and to Acton Central for the Overground. Shepherds Bush, Ealing, Hammersmith and Chiswick surround the area and are only a short bus ride away. The house is also a short walk to many independent grocery stores for your fresh fruit and veg, and it has a Tesco (5 minutes) and a Lidl (10 minutes) for your bigger shops.

Your housemates will be Ozden, Duran, Natsumi and Federica, 4 friendly, clean and respectful individuals. The atmosphere is generally peaceful, but they love to share the occasional drink in the garden (especially in summer! ☀️) And not to forget, Milky, Bromyard Avenue’s resident cat!

The total price is £960 per month – this covers the:
- Rent
- Utility bills
- Council tax (Band F)
- Broadband
- A payment to the common fund which pays for things like toilet paper, cooking essentials like oil, spices, coffee, laundry detergent, cleaning products, etc.

The deposit is £850.
