We have two bedrooms available immediately in a five bedroom houseshare in East Acton (East Acton is in zone 2 on the Central Line). One is a double bedroom with a private bathroom (bedroom 2 on the floorplan) and is c 14 sqm in size, and the other is a single ensuite (bedroom 3 on the floorplan) c 10 sqm in size.

All bills are included in the rent. We also have an excellent cleaner, who comes every week. The cost of the cleaning is included in the rent.

The house is less than 10 mins walk to East Acton tube station, and a 5 minute drive to Hammersmith hospital. With the expansion of the Westfield shopping complex, the amenities in the area are ever improving. East Acton is a quiet residential area, and is only 15-20 minutes to Central London on the Central Line.

* Layout of the house *
The house has been extended, so there is a large shared living space: separate living room and separate kitchen.
The front of the house has off-street parking space for three cars in the driveway.

The living room has a 42" TV, a dining set, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped: has large fridge freezers, a dishwasher, washer dryer, and there is plenty of storage space for everyone.

Unlimited superfast Community Fibre broadband is also included.

* Current housemates *
The current housemates are young professionals, friendly and courteous. They come from a mix of British and international backgrounds and work in technology, accounting and healthcare.

* The rooms *
The rooms all contain a private bathroom, and are fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair. We try to be flexible with furniture arrangement and will try to cater to your needs and preferences.

The rent for the single ensuite room is £867 a month (equivalent to £200 a week) with all bills included. The rent for the double room with a private bathroom is £995 pcm.

No couples, and no (permanent) pets please.
