You will be sharing with my two housemates: Marti and Juliette both in their late twenties from Barcelona and Paris, respectively. Marti works in luxury apartment operations and Ju works as a revenue analyst. You can find Marti trying out a new coffee shop, and Juliette at a museum. I have lived with Marti for 5 years and Ju for 3 years; and I can wholeheartedly say they are tidy, fun, respectful, and great to live with! After 3 fun years in East Acton, I’ve decided to try out a new area in London. This is a sociable flat as we like to do things together: Xmas dinner, secret Santa, fake “come dine with me” evenings, cocktail nights, or even just a chat after work. At the same time, we do respect each other’s privacy and are considerate with noise especially during weekdays. We’re a meat-eating household so would prefer someone who is comfortable with that.

We are looking for a clean, fun, sociable working professional. Admin wise: In terms of reference checks, you would need to earn minimum £35k annual salary. There is also £50 change-of-sharer fee paid directly to the estate agent.

Our initial contract runs till the 9th March 2027 - but can be extended. The rent is £829, and bills + council tax come to ~£150 pcm.
