Double room very good price in East Acton

My flatmate is moving back home, the room available is a double room in a 4 bedroom house with separate kitchen, big living room, 2 bathrooms, very big garden and one extra room in the garden area that we keep it as storage.
The area is East Acton about 10/15 mins by walk to the underground.
The rent is very cheap considering nowadays price which is only 600£, bills are not included! The room is available from 22nd of October.
There is deposit to pay as well.
Around there's Lidl on one side and on the another side there is Tesco.
The area is very quiet and convenient as is very close to Westfield shopping mall and Hammersmith area.
Is a very nice and chill house, we would like to find a new friend more than a tenant, someone to spend some time together, however of course being respectful of each other spaces.
