The house is about 6 mins walk from North Acton station.
It is a double bed room with a private balcony and there is a plenty of storage space in the room. It is furnished and the room comes with a built-in closet, a drawer and double bed. The rent is £540 per month, plus bills which normally come to around £60.
We have a huge kitchen, living room with a TV, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom to share with the rest of the housemates.
You will be sharing with 2 nice British people and a Aussie girl.
We will also soon have a single room available in this house, so if you are looking to move in with a friend, this is the best opportunity for you!

The deposit is 6 weeks, plus agent fees. However you won't have to pay it before you move in. 1 month rent in advance is required.
