Large double room in East Acton

Hey there!

We are looking for a new tenant to rent our very large double room in East Acton! We are changing jobs and will sadly have to move somewhere closer.

The property has very good transport links - 5 minutes to Uxbridge road where 24h buses run to Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush, 10 minutes off East Acton tube station, and 15 minutes off Acton Central overground station. The area is very quiet but still within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and of course pubs.

The flatmates are all considerate and tidy, and while we are not a party house we do like to sometimes bring friends over and have a bit of fun. We have a rotational weekly cleaning schedule so the house is always kept clean.

The room is very large and comes fully furnished with with two wardrobes and two sets of drawers, as well as a desk and chair and a queen sized bed. It looks over the lawn and the trees of the private street and is very well lit.
The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, oven, cooker, freezer, toaster and kettle. There’s a separate bathroom with bathtub and a toilet so there are no delays in the morning hours when getting ready for work. There’s also a living room with two sofas and a large TV, storage space and a balcony. Lastly, there’s parking space on the private street which is very convenient if you’ve got a car.

All bills are included in the rent apart from Internet access which is split across the flatmates and is really cheap.

*Note: We will be taking the white desk, but all other furniture, including the wooden desk will remain in the room for the new tenant!*
