Self contained flat in large detached house

We have a self contained studio flat on the second floor of a large, spacious house, that is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, table, desk, kitchenette and a separate shower room which is shared with one other. It measures approx 200 sq ft. Suitable for one person only.
The street is quiet, near a park, and near the Acton Central overland station, and within easy reach (12 min walk) to the Central line at East Acton Station. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. If you have a car it is possible to buy a parking permit for the street and there is somewhere to tie up a bike on our off street drive. There is a private gym with indoor and outdoor pool at the end of the road and several clubs in the area if you wish to join one.
The rent covers bills within reason.
We would like someone who enjoys a peaceful location and living arrangement. As the flat is within a family house we are looking for someone who likes a quiet location and living arrangements.
It might be possible to extend the time period of renting, but would suit someone needing somewhere to stay short term as well.
