Single room in Victorian double fronted house

Looking for a single professional who requires a room Monday to Friday or all week. We are very close to Acton Central (3 minute walk) and a 12 minute walk to East Acton Central line. The road has plenty of room to park on but requires a permit to part between 9.30am and 5pm, free at weekends. If you are here for only a few days a week we would allow you to park on our drive. If you have a bike there is a bike lock if needed.
Council tax is covered by owner.

Sunny south facing room with a single bed, desk, tv (if wanted) and use of the family kitchen.

A beautiful, clean and spacious house. Owners live in house aged in their 60's. Bathroom shared with one other girl.

There is a David Lloyd Club at the end of the road with large indoor and outdoor swimming pool and lots more besides but requires membership. A local park nearby and lots of cafe's and restaurants around the corner. Lots of restaurants and cafe's nearby, in Churchfield Road, W3.

We want someone who keeps things clean and tidy, the house is beautiful and quiet. We live in a family neighbourhood with many local amenities.

We are willing to have someone for a month to a longer period if it works out. One month's notice required to move.
