Description
This flat is located on the top floor of a spacious, well lit period property. The well kept 2 bed flat has a kitchen, living room with dining area and a bathroom.
The double room:
Thus is an unfurnished spacious double room with a window facing to the rear of the flat. It's spacious with plenty of room for the double bed, and furniture. It's a quiet, and peaceful area to relax in.
I'd like to live with either a male or a female flatmate, (Please no couples) in their late 20s - early 40s.
You'll be looking for a home rather than just a house. It's pretty tidy and you'll be happy enough to chip into keeping it that way. Someone easy going, a good sense of humour and respectful. Any added desire to go yoga, share a bit of cooking, or a glass of wine, or head to the theatre, cinema or pub would be great.
A bit about me:
I'm Karen, 35 and work as a Primary School teacher in Southwark. I'm easy going and sociable, by no means a party animal. I keep the week evenings for catching up tv shows, cooking, and yoga. I save the weekends for catching up with friends, heading for brunch or galleries, yoga classes and relaxing.
The Money bit:
Rent is £688 per month.
Bills are £142 max at winter (which includes: gas, electricity, water, tv license, council tax, good internet and a lovely cleaner that comes twice a month to help the keep the flat tidy and clean.)
If you're interested and think you're the right person, get in touch and we can set up a viewing.
Thank you!
Karen
