Is between Peckham Rye station and Honor Oak Park station .Very easy journey to the centre, bus 63 or 363.
Local area is tidy and clean the bus stop is front of the house. Co-op is just downstairs , post office next-door and also the NHS medical centre .Pub near by and laundry shop.
About the flat: 3 rooms , only 1 room available , is a sharing bathroom and kitchen with a dining area. Is enough space for 3 people!
About the flatmates:
2 guys in thirties
Both of them professional flatmates, they have a full time job .70% of the day out of home , busy at working.
So is prefer for someone how is looking for a place to call home :)
Enjoy a nice chat after the hectic day at work .Company at home with a nice glass of wine or beer :)
