Room includes a hanging rail (but with space for a wardrobe), large set of drawers, under bed storage, storage cupboard opposite the room, and a double bed with a fairly new mattress.

Shared bathroom (with one other) with bath and shower. Living room and dining room. Great kitchen with dishwasher. Nice sheltered sunny garden with shed, decking, BBQ and garden furniture (accessed through sliding doors from lounge).

Great East Dulwich location (with security gate) on Holmes Close (SE22 9AR), near Goose Green, Peckham Rye Park and the bars and cafes of Lordship Lane. Great gym and pool literally opposite.

Private parking space available (free), easy walking distance to both East Dulwich station (10 mins) or Denmark Hill/Peckham Rye Station (20 mins) for access to multiple train lines into London Bridge and Victoria (9-15 minutes) plus London Overground & Thameslink.

The house has broadband and a weekly cleaner (paused due to Covid). We are friends with the landlady and so don't have to deal with an agency if something in the house needs fixing.

£750 per month + bills (circa £175per month)
£750 deposit and a minimum stay of 6 months
1 month notice period

About the housemates:
Donna works for a private hospital, likes jogging, cycling, hockey and cooking. She is often visiting friends somewhere but does, however, have appalling taste in trash TV!

Tara is a doctor, loves making the most of what London has to offer and is always great for tips on the latest restaurants and exhibitions. She travels to some great holiday locations when work allows, and is a fabulous cook and baker, so never a shortage of cakes to be found!

We socialise together and separately and have a great positive vibe in the house, that feels like home, that we're keen to maintain. We’re after someone that can add to the atmosphere within the house, who is warm and friendly!
