Bedroom, which currently has king size bed but can change if you wish, and garden studio (great space with sofa, TV, chairs, coffee table, cupboards, plenty of storage, plus ensuite and shower.) Nice, leafy road in East Dulwich - 3 minutes to station. Frequent trains to London Bridge - journey time about `15 minutes. Also close to Denmark Hill (one stop to Victoria). Nearby Lordship Lane has pavement cafes, pubs and boutiques. Close to Sainsbury's and M&S food. Single occupancy only.
Suit someone looking for a quiet house in a quiet street and is quiet themselves. Please note: house is pretty much silent after 11.30pm.
Kitchen has washing machine and drier. No dishwasher.
One month's deposit and references required. Available indefinitely. Long term preferred but short stay considered. One month's notice is required.
