Double bedroom in E Dulwich for two month sublet

We are three young professionals in our early 30's with a room available for approximately two months in our laid back, social home. The room is available from 13 May to 7 July with some flexibility on either end.

The room is a good size and faces the garden. Comes with a bed, shelving unit, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. Some of the the current occupant's belongings will stored under the bed and in the wardrobe.

The house has a large kitchen and living room/dining room as well as a spacious garden. We have two shower rooms with one bath and two toilets. We have a dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen.

We all work full time, with one of us working from home currently. We enjoy spending time together after work and at weekends. We also like going out in East Dulwich and Peckham for food, drinks, films, and other art events. We also like cooking with and for each other and sharing a bottle of wine.
