About Us:
We’re a POC, LGBTQIA+ friendly house.
Three very friendly professionals (2 women and one sweet man) in our mid-30s, all working in the arts. We’re looking for someone between the ages of 28 - 40 with a similar vibe.

One of us works from home, and the flat is set up well for it. We enjoy spending time together but also often do our own thing and respect each other’s space. One of us has lived in the house for over ten years and has a good relationship with our private landlord.

Rent & Bills:
• Rent is £650 per month
• Bills come to approx. £100–125 per month (includes council tax, broadband, utilities)
