I am looking for someone to replace me in a lovely flat in East Dulwich which offers safe and secure accommodation at intermediate market rent. I currently share with three other females.
The rent of £540 includes utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi. A deposit of £540 is required upon sign up as well as one month’s pro-rata rent.

The room comes fully furnished, including a single bed, a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair.
