People:
Current housemate is leaving for Argentina so looking to replace her with someone who also wants a home rather than a room. I work for a fintech startup and travel a fair amount for work, but when home love to cook and enjoy the house and area.

Literally everything at your doorstep. Big M&S, Coop <5min walk plus loads of great local organic shops, wine shops, cheese shops, cafes, cinema etc., Dulwich park is c. 10min walk away, East Dulwich station also c. 10min walk.
