We are looking for someone to take over our tenancy for a two-bedroom flat in East Dulwich.

It is a ground floor flat in a Victorian house with a large private garden. It has two bedrooms, both spacious and one with a built-in wardrobe. The far bedroom has a door which leads onto the patio of the garden, which is perfect during the Summer. The kitchen and living room are open plan, which is bright and spacious receiving a lot of natural light. Pet-friendly.

This flat is in the perfect location, situated in a beautiful area only over the road from East Dulwich park and a 15-minute walk to Dulwich town.

The flat is only 15 minutes away from Denmark Hill Station and ten minutes away from Forest Hill Station and East Dulwich station. At the bottom of the road, there are direct buses to Farringdon, Victoria, Peckham, Tottenham Court Road and other various locations, which run every ten minutes.

The tenancy is for a year and 6 months, we are unable to stay due to personal reasons. So we are looking for someone to take over it ASAP, no deposit is required.

It is £1,900pcm, self-managed by the landlord who is more than happy to help with any issues within the flat. Pet-friendly.
