Short term let available in March

Hi! I'm finally going back to Australia to visit my family for the first time in 3 years and would love for someone to stay in my room for that period and help cover the costs.

I've got a great double room available 1st of March - 22nd of May!

It's £600 pcm (for a single person). Bills will be included in that and covers everything from water, electricity and internet and a cleaner that comes every fortnight.

It will be furnished with everything you need such as a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair etc, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything with you or buying anything.

I've knocked off a bit of the price as the only thing I ask is that you please water my plants once a week :)

I'll make room for you in the wardrobe and kitchen and there's some storage space under the stairs and in the attic if you need.

We've got beautiful dark wooden floors, a spacious kitchen and a courtyard that is an excellent sun trap on those sunny days.

Added bonus is that downstairs there's a separate shower and toilet so there's rarely a queue for the bathroom..

Suuuuuuper nice area. Just in our street there's not 1, but 2 Off-Licences a stone's throw away. We have a gorgeous pub called The Exhibition very close by and a sick Fish n Chip shop as well.

Lordship lane is just down the road with so many nice cafes, pubs and shops (and an amazing gelato shop omfg don't even get me STARTED).

Pretty close to Peckham too so you can go chill in Peckham Rye Park or go for a pint along Rye Lane.

Really well connected with buses, and you can catch the overground at Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye. Also the East Dulwich station is a short walk away so you can get to London Bridge in like 15min.

My housemates Emma, Ollie and Abi are super chill and friendly! They're all young professionals who mostly work full time, but they're always down for a chat, very easy going and open minded.

Emma also has a lovely Cockapoo called Poppy so must be ok living with a doggie! :)

It's perfect for someone in between houses or just moved to London and needs some extra time to find a more permanent home!
