Short-term let in the heart of East Dulwich

A beautiful flat with front garden access and juliette balcony in one of the spacious bedrooms.

I’m going away and am looking for people to enjoy and care for my place in my absence.

I can be flexible with the dates and am happy to rent to one person, a couple , 2 couples or friends. It’s better for mature people who want to connect with a community than for student life. It’s a family dominated Grove.

It’s within 15 mins from 3 stations. East Dulwich station is under 10 minute away.
It’s also 10 mins on the bus from Herne Hill and Denmark Hill station.

Parks, cafes , cinema, art gallery and restaurants are nearby and an amazing butcher, fishmonger and cheese shop. It’s a great place to live if you’re a foodie.

Price includes all bills. The WIFI is ideal for working from home. There is use of a front garden.
