A utility cupboard and small front garden where we keep the bikes.
We have a good relationship with the landlord,
If any repairs need it will get sorted out quickly.

Located on a quiet road just off Lordship Lane, we are walking distance from East Dulwich Station other station which are a bus ride away are Denmark Hill Station, Peckham Rye, Forest Hill plus very good bus service to central London 24-hours bus connections.
Just around the corner there is the trendy North Cross Road Market on every Saturday morning, East Dulwich Picturehouse ,leisure centre with swimming pool, the Library next to East Dulwich Station, the Post office on the high street, Co store, M&S store also walking distance, loads of small independent shops, restaurants etc...a really amazing Community feel here in East Dulwich.
There is Peckham Rye Park which is absolutely stunning and beautiful Park.
There is on the street parking.
