Hello

I am looking to rent a well presented furnished (desk included + chair) spacious and light double bedroom, plus an adjacent spacious room for private use such as office / TV Living / Yoga: on 1st floor within a newly renovated house, where you get a good sense of space & privacy: located 30 seconds form Lordship Lane, 5mins from East Dulwich train station, 40 seconds from bus stop: direct link to town.

We are a friendly, considerate, tidy professional household currently occupied by 1 male and 1 female + Cat (Liebe): Please don't reply if a cat is not your thing.
We are looking for a further person to share with.

We have free on street parking, a police secured bike store to the front of the property, a lovely shared landscaped garden with BBQ, large shared kitchen dinning area along with a professional gas 5 hob cooker with double oven to enjoy.

Locally we have a Large Sainsburys a short walk away, an M&S at the end of the road along with a co-op slightly further along Lordship Lane. we also have a number of organic food shops very close by . Moxons Fish Mongers, a fantastic Butchers, and an exceptional Cheesemonger. You name it: hair salons, clothing stores and cafes to choose from.

Picture House Cinema is 3 mins away, along with plenty of local eateries ranging from Pizzas, Indians Japanese, Thai, fish and chips to name a few, as well as numerous pubs and bars.

There are great parks locally: Peckham Rye Park and Common, Dulwich Park and 15-20mins walk away is Brockwell Park. Peckham and Dulwich Village are also within walking distance and together offer plenty of variety.

Transport: East Dulwich Station is less that 5mins walk away which will get you to London Bridge between 12-15 minutes.
Change at Peckham Rye (2mins from East Dulwich) for London Overground.
Bus No37 to Putney is under 2mins walk away. Buses to central London leave from the end of our road (40 seconds away): No176 (night bus) to Tottenham Court Road. No185 to Victoria station. No40 to Clerkenwell Rd. No42 to Liverpool St Station. Bus NoP13 via Peckham to New Cross leaves from East Dulwich Station.
