The bedrooms are both doubles, and the house can be furnished or unfurnished.

There is a spacious lounge, big kitchen, and nice leafy garden out the back. Everything works well - there is a washing machine, dishwasher, big range master oven with 5 hobs. Quiet road near two big parks (Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye, plus the gorgeous Dulwich Wood).
Safe and quiet area - but also close to all sorts of pubs and shops.

Monthly rent is £1650 + bills of your choosing. We are currently set up with Octopus energy (renewable) and Virgin media broadband.

East Dulwich station is an 8 min walk away, then 12 mins on the train to London Bridge. Buses at the end of the road go to central London in around 30-40 mins. Forest Hill overground station is a 10 min bus ride away.
