Lovely Room in East Dulwich

WHERE WE ARE:
Located in SE22, on Barry Road. Very close to Lordship Lane and has a park either end! (Dulwich and Peckham).

THE ROOM:
1 double room in 3 bed, second floor flat, with shared entrance.
Furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. Available now, £715 including bills.

The room gets some lovely light and is spacious with great wardrobe storage.

The communal area is a bright open plan living room and kitchen, with some lovely space to eat, hang out, read, do your thing :)

THE PEOPLE:

The best bit - us! You'll be living with:

Jack: I work at a primary school. Social, friendly, easy going and love to cook, watch films and explore the local area.

and Jacob: I'm an artist mainly working in dance and costume design. I'm a lover of food (and a pretty okay cook after working as a chef), reading and board games. Currently trying to up my gardening skills - thinking about some windowboxes with some tasty herbs!

The exciting bit - YOU! :

We are looking for someone respectful and relaxed who is willing to treat the place as a home like we do, doing their fair share around the house. Ideally, we want a female (to keep gender balance as much as possible - sorry boys!) between 24-35 whose been in flatshares before and already lives in London. It's really important that we're not just a house of strangers and that we get along well and have shared expectations and standards :)
