1 Lovely Room to rent in central East Dulwich

We are looking for 1 new housemate to move in end of March (from Sunday 29th). The full rental period is for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year - we ask to extend every year...

The Room - (£725 pcm + bills roughly £80-90) is a mid-sized double room, with a window overlooking the back garden. Bed frame and mattress is included, but if you want to purchase the wardrobe in the room, the housemate that is leaving is willing to sell TBD. We pay rent on the 15th of the month, so you'd be paying 2 weeks seperate, then starting the full month from 15th April.

Location: On a really nice residential road just off Lordship lane. Lots going on right on your doorstep on a usual year - including an independent cinema at the end of the road, several gyms and parks within walking distance as well as lots of great local pubs and restaurants. East Dulwich is a fantastic area if you don't know it already - nice and safe but with a buzz. The independent shops are fantastic. Only a 20 min walk to Peckham too.

Transport: Buses go every few minutes from the end of the road to East Dulwich and Denmark Hill stations from where you can get anywhere in London easily. In fact you can get 24hr buses all the way from Leicester Square, the Strand, Victoria and Waterloo stations and be dropped off at the end of the road which is pretty convenient.

Sharing with: 3 lovely ladies who are friendly and have lived together for the last couple of years. They work in the creative & hospitality industries. It can be a sociable house - there's a lot of chatting that goes on in the kitchen as well as the odd film and wine or dinner night in together. Though there is plenty of space, so it's easy to find peace and be separate within the house. There's a good balance!

The house: is pretty large and has a separate sitting room, dining room and kitchen, 2 toilets, bathroom and lovely garden as well as free on-street parking at the front.

The ideal housemate: Housemates are looking for someone clean and tidy but also friendly.
