Small Double Room Available in East Dulwich

One small double room is available now in an awesome shared house in East Dulwich/Peckham rye. We are a group of creatives, academics and professionals (guys and girls) who live in a friendly, fun, relaxed house. As a house we often hang out together and cook meals, watch films, get the fire pit going in the garden etc.. Looking for people who are LGBTQ+ friendly.

The house has a big living room, large garden where we have bbq's and relax (and get out the badminton net in the summer), lots of space for secure bike storage, and plenty of free parking around if you have a car.

The travel links are really good as it is a short journey to East Dulwich & Peckham Rye Stations, close to Dulwich & Peckham Rye Park and next to Lordship Lane, where there are tonnes of great coffee shops and restaurants.

The room is £700pm all bills included. This includes all utilities, TV Liscence, Internet, and council tax. A cleaner and a gardener is provided as complimentary. . Includes a good size, small double bedroom with sash window. Comes with a double bed, desk and wadrobe and plenty of space. Would be ideal for one person.
