Hi. Thanks for checking out the flat.

Both long term tenants are moving out so the entire flat will be empty and available for the first time since 2014. I'm happy to say I pride myself in being a good landlord and their length of stay supports this. I'm definitely one to act quickly when anything needs sorting, am always available for any issues and treat tenants with respect in the hope that they return the favour in looking after the property.

The flat is nice and warm with double glazing and wool carpets in the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 will have a brand new wool carpet ready for when you move in, and Bedroom 2 had a new one fitted 4 months ago. Both rooms have huge wardrobes for storage and there are plenty of other cupboards around the flat. Loads of kitchen space too. Bike hooks also installed in the ceiling of both bedrooms to hang your bike if required.

Entire flat was originally refurbished with new flooring and this remains in near perfect condition. All carpets will be deep cleaned and the rooms fully repainted prior to moving in. All furniture will be staying in the flat - beds, recently purchased mattresses, sofa, 2 x armchairs and sideboard for TV.
Broadband / Satellite TV is available in the flat should you choose to set this up.

Free off street parking in the centre of the building complex too.

East Dulwich station is opposite with a 4 min walk. Denmark Hill up the hill with an 8 min walk. Former goes into London Bridge. Latter into High & I / Clap Jun / Blackfriars & City.

Huge Sainsburys opposite flat that's open late too.

The contract is a joint one for the entire flat that would suit close friends who share or a couple looking for extra space. Tenancy duration is 12 months with a 6 month option to leave, with one month's rent (£1300) as deposit . Council tax and all utility bills to be covered by tenants.
