We have a beautiful partially furnished double room available in our spacious East Dulwich house from 13th September 2024.

About the House:
The house has a large, bright living room, open plan kitchen, two bathrooms (One shower, one bath) and a ridiculously massive garden. The house is full of plants!

Rent is £550 a month and includes council tax. Please note this will be going up to £600 pcm in January. Bills (roughly £150 per month and include a cleaner who comes every two weeks.) All bills are split equally amongst housemates.

The house is situated on Crystal Palace Road, close to both East Dulwich and Peckham Rye train stations. It’s a 5 minute walk to Peckham Rye park and a 3-minute walk to Lordship Lane for local shops and amenities.

The Room:
Good sized double located on the ground floor that comes with a bed. The room features a cute, tiled fireplace, shelving and a window which faces a patio.

Flatmates:
Currently 4 female housemates, so another female housemate is preferred. Ages 28-34, relaxed, clean, sociable and super friendly. We are an LGBTQIA+ friendly home.

Occupations are all professionals, and we’re looking for a new professional housemate to join us. Overall chill and friendly house, we enjoy hanging out together, watching come dine with me, house of the dragon, pints, coffee and the occasional Sunday roast. Respectful of different working schedules and not a party house. We’ll be signing a new 1 year contract in January so ideally looking for someone who is looking for longer term and loves making a house and garden a home.

Deposit is £550 and the landlord requires a previous landlord reference and a work reference.

Accessibility: There is one step up to the front door. The available bedroom is situated on the ground floor, there is 1 step down to the kitchen and bathroom
First floor: first staircase 10 steps, second staircase 4steps. One bathroom 1st floor with bath -one step.
Kitchen and second bathroom with the shower are on the ground-floor.
One step down to the back garden.
