The Room and the house
One of our current housemates is leaving so a nice double room is becoming available in our beautiful maisonette in the heart of East Dulwich.
The room comes fully furnished as you can see in the pictures with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a shelving unit and you will have a bathroom for yourself just outside your room.
The house has 4 rooms in total, a large kitchen, a delightful sunny living room and two bathrooms. We have private parking at the front of the house that currently is in use by one of the housemates but could possibly fit another car. There is no parking permit in the area.

The rent for the room is £600 and bills are on top around £80 per calendar month.
The deposit is 5 weeks rent. The deposit is protected by a scheme through the Agency Winkworth. There are no agency fees as they only do the contract and keep the deposit safe.
Move in date is kind of flexible from end of January - beginning of February.

The area
East Dulwich it's such a gem! We love the area and some of us have been around for 5 years now! We are right in the heart, only 4 minutes walk to Peckham Rye park, or the north cross road and Lordship lane where you can find lots of local food shops like the co-op or M&S, a market, restaurants, post office, picture house and many other convenience stores. There is a Big Sainsburys only 10-15 minutes walk.
There are quite a few local pubs that we love with lovely beer gardens: The great exhibition, the actress or the East Dulwich tavern.

The house is well connected with many transport links.
Peckham Rye (Overground) and East Dulwich (10 min to London Bridge) stations are about 10-15 min walk or you can jump on the bus and be there in 5!
We have the buses 12,197, 63 and 363 stopping at Barry Road just a couple of minutes away from the house.
From Lordship lane you have more buses. 185,176,40,42,37, P13… Many of these buses will take you all the way to central London or the city!

The house
We are 3 young female professionals in our late 20s -early 30s so we are looking for someone in line with this. We all enjoy our privacy but we have made this house our home over the last years and we would like someone that would like to share that feeling.
During the week we all work normal hours, but we like to occasionally share dinner, a take away, a glass of wine and watch some Netflix series. We have had great nights out and day activities if this is something you will be interested in :)
