Top Floor Double Bedroom with a Superking Size Bed

Hello all, unfortunately I have to leave my lovely friends, house and Top Floor double bedroom and go back home to Belfast due to extenuating circumstances :(

Reagardless, the room has a superking bed, is very spacious, has a carpet floor and has so much storage in the cupboards that I have never been able to fill them up lol.

The house is only a 5 minute walk away to East Dulwich station which takes you to London Bridge in 15 minutes.
There are 24 hours buses that drop you right outside the street.
The house is situated perfectly, being literally 1 minute walk away from the iconic Lordship Lane which has more bars, restaurants and shops that you can imagine, plus we are right in between Brixton and Peckham which is always good if you're looking a night out or a nice meal etc

The room comes fully furnished with all the current furniture featured in the pictures included (apart from the tv and ps4 lol) + two bedside tables for each side and plugs on each side of the bed also.

I also have two superking duvets; one that is light for the summer and one that is heavier for the winter. Both will be washed and included if wanted,

It is a 3 storey house with the bedroom being on the top floor sharing the top floor bathroom with just one other tenant who also lives on the top floor. The shower is lethal haha.

Currently there are 3 females and 1 male living here, so a male would be preferred just to keep the balance.

The tenants are honestly all great people who are very amicable, chill, welcoming, and social as we often watch films and shows together or have nights out etc. Having been here only 8 months I have made great friends with each and everyone of them as I'm sure the new tenant will.

The house is almost a mansion lol. It contains 3 bathrooms (one on each floor), a big dining room and even bigger living room, a dishwasher!!! washing machine etc as well as all the pots, cutlery, cups and plates you will ever need + a very spacious garden that includes seats and a table.

I will be starting viewings on Monday 24th January (mostly evenings as i work until 6.30pm, but can do earlier on weekends).
