On offer is a double room in a 5 bed house, in East Dulwich. On the ground floor with direct access to the garden and pretty much your own shower room. You will be sharing with 4 ladies.

The house is located just off lordship lane so in a great location for all the restaurants, pubs, shops and cinema. A minutes walk from the bus stop where the 40, 185 and 176 run. We are also 9 minutes walk from East Dulwich station. So pretty well connected!

The house has the usual stuff. A fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and large reception/communal area which is super homely.

The housemates are very pleasant professionals (teacher, architect, accountant, hospitality) who go about their own business and enjoy hanging out from time to time.

The room is a double. It’s unfurnished, I have a bed with memory foam mattress and wardrobe that I can leave for a small price.
Rent is £600 a month and the bills come in at around £50.
