The flat has a large living room, and separate kitchen. It also has great views of the city. The flat has a communal garden and a private roof terrace accessed through the spare bedroom.

Bedroom is furnished, with no option of removing furniture I'm afraid as it is all quite new.

I am a 33 year old female and my partner is 35 year old male. We mostly live abroad and will only be in the flat up to one week per month, staying in the second bedroom (with own bathroom, so all very private/ separate). You'll mostly have the place to yourself and full run of the flat.

Looking for someone clean, respectful, and independent who’ll treat the place like home. Ideal for someone who values privacy and a calm atmosphere.
