Looking for a flat mate to move into a rare find of a flat - split level 2 bed, 2 bath flat just off of Lordship Lane in the delightful area of East Dulwich!
A perfect flat for someone who needs a fully furnished flat & their own en suite bathroom.

A bit about the flat (I have more images if you are interested!)
- Room is fully furnished with en-suite, room is quite large about 13'x12' with a large window & lots of natural light, double bed that’s less than a year old & has a MASSIVE built in wardrobe with shelving
- Post code is SE229AT, just off goose green park & direct access to Lordship Lane in East Dulwich & 10 min walk from Peckham/Peckham Rye area
- East Dulwich station is 4 min walk & is 12 mins to London Bridge, Denmark Hill is 5 min bus ride or 15 min walk & is 10 mins to Victoria
- 2 bed, 2 bath (your room would be the ensuite with standing shower)
- Appliances included: washer (with dryer setting) dishwasher, full sized fridge freezer, nutribullet, slow cooker, filter coffee machine, nespresso milk foamer, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, & soon a food processor (looking for a good one!)
- Back garden (not direct access to the flat but a section of a large garden out back) & a large green just outside the front door

About me:
- 32 years old, american, have been in London for 8 years
- Work in digital marketing for Diageo (Free booze!)
- mainly office based with occasional working from home
- Pretty active, like to get up early & workout, take the pup on a run
- Been mainly plant based/veggie or about 10 years not but don't mind someone who is not veggie
- Like to be out & seeing friends but also really enjoy hanging at home & doing a face mask & chilling
- Very tidy & clean, clean the flat about once a week & not a person to leave a mess around
- Been in this flat for 4 years now& absolutely am obsessed with the area & do not plan on leaving the neighborhood anytime soon

About you:
- Not bothered by gender, have previously lived with females
- Professional, who does not work full time from the flat, but more on a few days a week in the office
- Someone who LOVES dogs & would be happy to be living with one & giving him LOTS of love and cuddles
- Clean, respectful & tidy person

- Rent is £1200, + bills which are a flat rate of £150/month (even if heating/electric goes up, I will keep this rate flat)
