Cute bright flat opposite Peckham rye park 🌼

Hi there 🤗
I’m renting out my spare room in my flat which is bright with direct sun light and a lovely breeze coming through from Peckham rye park that is directly across . Also stays quite warm
In winter so not much heat needed.
There is a balcony and parking space and the room is the larger of the two ,furnished with a double bed , wardrobes, a chest of drawers and the base of the bed has drawers for extra storage as well. fits a desk comfortably

I sometimes work from home and others on location. My desk is in the living room

Comes equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and there’s a shared garden plus parking and bike storage.

Lastly but very importantly a small adorable fluffy dog named George also lives on the property so needless to say “must love dogs 🐶 “ 🤪

Rent is £950 plus bills which makes it £1100

Closest transport is Peckham rye station, east dulwich station and honor oak park.
bus stop outside is for the 63 bus.
