Large double room available in East Dulwich

One large double loft room is available now (£900) in an awesome shared house in East Dulwich. We are a group of creatives, academics, and professionals who live in a friendly, fun and relaxed house. As a house, we often hang out together and cook meals, watch films, get the fire pit going in the garden, etc, and it's been a really great place to live. I am looking for people who are LGBTQ+ friendly.

The house has a big living room, large garden where we have bbq's and relax (and get out the badminton net in the summer), lots of space for secure bike storage, and plenty of free parking around if you have a car.

The travel links are really good as it is a short journey to East Dulwich & Peckham Rye stations, close to Dulwich & Peckham Rye Park and next to Lordship Lane, where there are tonnes of great coffee shops and restaurants & pubs.

The room is £900pm all bills included. This includes all utilities, Internet, TV licence and council tax. A cleaner and gardener come as complimentary. The cleaner comes once a fortnight and a gardener comes once a month during the spring and summer months. Comes with a double bed, desk and wadrobe and plenty of space.
