Hello!
I am looking for a new flatmate to share a bright and spacious flat with in East Dulwich.
It is a 2-bed flat on the second (top) floor. With three outside walls there is (sun)light all day.
The available room sits on a corner and has two windows, looking out onto trees and a pub garden. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe, mirror and, if wanted, a desk. All other furniture in the pictures will move out.
The bathroom comes with a shower over a bath, a storage cupboard and enough space for drying the laundry. There is a separate kitchen and a spacious living room (again with two windows), a comfortable big sofa and dining area.
There is no through traffic on our road so it is overall quiet. You should not mind a the sound of a busy pub garden in the summer.

Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye Station – 15 mins

I am from Germany, in my late 30s and work in the arts/communications/academic publishing. Usually, I work from home 2-3 days a week. I enjoy the beautiful things in life: good food, beautiful interiors, exhibitions, concerts, books. I appreciate company and good conversation, but equally need time for myself and respect the time and space you need for yourself.
Ideally, you are looking for a longer-term stay. You communicate openly. The flat is in a superb condition (newly decorated at the beginning of the year) and I care to maintain it well. I need a very clean environment and ask that we share the house keeping equally. A cleaner comes once a month to clean the bathroom.
The room can be ideal for someone who is travelling a lot as I'm managing all flat-related matters and bills. I'm open to weekdays-only rents. I'm also aware that moving in before Christmas might be too soon, so a date in early January for moving in and the start of the contract can be negotiated.
The price is exclusive of bills which amount to about £130.00pp (broadband, council tax band C, electricity/gas, cleaner)
