Double room in bright, airy flat in East Dulwich

Hello, my name is Larissa. I live in Hastings and run a charity in east London. I work in London during the week - generally staying in the flat from Monday evening through to Thursday morning. You will have the flat to yourself for the rest of the time.

The room is a large, bright double room with extensive shelving and a wardrobe. Experience with previous lodgers is that people prefer to bring their own furniture but I can provide a bed if needed. You will have full access to the rest of the flat which includes recently fitted kitchen and bathroom.

The flat is situated on a quiet family oriented estate in East Dulwich. The area is frequently voted one of the best parts of London to live. It is super conveniently located right next to East Dulwich train station and 12 minutes from central London. Denmark Hill Station, with speedy links to Victoria and the East End is a 10min walk or short bus ride. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bars as well as quirky individual shops on Lordship Lane (a 10 min walk down the road). Vibrant hotspots Peckham and Brixton are also very close by.

I am easy going, young at heart and very social. I am generaly out of the house by 7.15am and have a number of interests that keep me out in the evenings. I have previously shared with llodgers and have lived in mutliple shared places in my younger years so am fully trained! I like people and can always make time for a chat. Equally, I understand the importance of personal space and respect that.

Bills - gas, electric, broadband, water, council tax, service charge - £275 pcm.
