3 Month Sublet in friendly 3 bed flat East Dulwich

Hello!

Our housemate is heading off travelling, so we have a three-month sublet available for a spacious double bedroom in our 3 bed flat in East Dulwich. The flat is on the first floor and the room is 3.7m x 3.3m, so there’s plenty of space and the rent is £677/month. Bills come to £100-£110 a month each. Which includes council tax, gas & electricity, internet and water.

We’re just off Lordship Lane which has a great selection of shops, bakeries and pubs! Plus, a lovely little food market on Saturdays. Dulwich Park is a 2-minute walk away, along with Peckham Rye just down the road. The street is made up of similar working professionals / families and the neighbours are really friendly.

Forest Hill, Peckham Rye, and East Dulwich Stations are all within reasonable walking distance - 15/20 mins away. Along with various bus routes that run right by the house.

The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. And the move-in date is currently the 21st June – 21st September, but there is potentially some flexibility on this if needed. The landlord is responsive if anything needs sorting with the house, but otherwise just leaves us to it. We're happy to welcome anyone friendly and laid-back really, and we don’t have any particular requirements of a new housemate, although we'd of course like to meet people first. So, we’ll be arranging viewings from 3rd June onwards.

Brief bit about us: you'll be sharing with me (Ammar) and Mike; I'm an events manager for a charity and Mike works in marketing. Interests wise...

Ammar: Cycling, hiking, running, gigs, festivals and finding new pubs / bakeries / restaurants.

Ben: Gigs, playing in a band, board games, cinema, pub quizzes, and Peckham car boot!
